1. General Information
At Tatran Bratislava, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. We carefully process every order and collaborate with trusted shipping partners to ensure the best possible delivery experience.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to the following areas:
- Slovakia — nationwide delivery
- European Union — delivery to all EU member states
- International Delivery — selected non-EU countries (contact us for more information)
If your country is not listed among the available destinations, please contact us at customerservice@tatranbratislava.com, and we will try to find a solution.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00).
- Orders received after 3:00 PM or during weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- The average processing time before dispatch is 1 to 2 business days.

5. Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order weight, package dimensions, and destination.
- Free delivery is available for orders over [insert amount] € within Slovakia (and possibly the EU — to be added according to store policy).
- The exact delivery price will always be displayed before completing your order.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- Tracking is available directly on the respective carrier's website.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@tatranbratislava.com.
7. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted and reliable shipping companies, including:
- Slovak Post
- DPD
- GLS
- DHL
- UPS
The choice of carrier depends on the destination, package weight, and selected delivery method.
8. Delivery to Pickup Points and Parcel Lockers
For your convenience, we offer delivery to:
- Pickup points of partner carriers
- Parcel lockers available throughout Slovakia
You can select this option at checkout if it is available for your area.
9. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer;
- Customer absence at the time of delivery;
- Refusal to accept the package;
the costs of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We recommend checking the accuracy of the delivery address before completing your order.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If the shipment arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@tatranbratislava.com.
- In case of a lost shipment during transit, we will open a claim with the carrier and inform you about the resolution process.
- Tatran Bratislava is committed to finding a fair solution in every case — whether through replacement, re-shipment, or refund.
11. Customs Fees and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply as determined by the country of destination. These charges:
- Are not included in the product price or delivery costs;
- Are the sole responsibility of the customer;
- May be required by customs authorities before delivery of the shipment.
We recommend checking the applicable customs regulations in your country before placing an order.
12. Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@tatranbratislava.com. An address change is only possible if the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
