1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Tatran Bratislava website, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms established herein, you should refrain from using our services.

- Tatran Bratislava reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The valid price is the one in force at the time of order completion.
- We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods available at checkout.
- In case of an obvious pricing error, Tatran Bratislava reserves the right to cancel the order, informing the customer and making a full refund.
6. Orders and Confirmation
- Receiving an order does not constitute its automatic acceptance. Order confirmation will be sent by email after stock verification and payment validation.
- Tatran Bratislava may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, especially in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or product unavailability.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and carrier.
- Tatran Bratislava is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or postal service failures.
- The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
- In case of loss or damage during transport, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
8. Right of Return and Refund
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer has the right to:
- Withdrawal: Cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
- Return: The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and without signs of use.
- Refund: Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method used.
Exceptions to the right of return include personalized products, perishable products, or products with broken hygiene seals.
9. Warranties
- All products have a minimum legal warranty of 2 years in accordance with applicable legislation.
- In case of a defective product, the customer must contact us through our support channels, describing the defect and attaching photos if possible.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tatran Bratislava website — including texts, images, logos, design, and code — is the exclusive property of Tatran Bratislava or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

Tatran Bratislava's maximum liability to the customer is limited to the total value of the respective order.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by Slovak law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. If an agreement cannot be reached, the customer may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities recognized in Slovakia.
